Cost: £40 pre-book before 23:59 21/02/2014 (any bookings received after this will need to pay full price), £45 thereafter (space allowing). Bookings will close at 23:59 07/03/2014. NB: spaces and tickets cannot be transferred without consultation with Burning Ambitions and a small admin fee will apply.

NPCs: Non lions faction NPCs are eligible for a reduced ticket of £20 and will need to pay for a meal ticket as below for catering.

We are offering six player places at half ticket price in exchange for helping with the washing up (and other similar tasks) after two meals. If you are interested in one of these reduced price tickets, please contact the command team.

Online Booking: You can book for Burning Ambitions events online at https://bookings.lionsfaction.co.uk. Both booking and payment must be received before 23:59 21/02/2014 to qualify for the reduced ticket price. Please book online if possible as this vastly reduces admin time for the event team.

Catering: Will be provided by 'Margaret Holliday'. A meal ticket for the weekend must be pre-booked and is available at a cost of £20. The cost for this should be included with your booking.

Eligibility: Members of the Lions will have priority until the advance cut-off date and non-Lion bookings will not be processed until after that time. While guests from other factions are welcome, non-Lions are asked to state their reason for wishing to attend on the booking form or have a Lions 'sponsor' who has invited them and will stand for their IC good behaviour.

Monsters: A limited number of monster places are available. All monsters will be fed all weekend. We ask that monsters pay a reduced price for their meal ticket of £10. Monsters will be given time to play their own characters if possible. Monsters must still provide a booking (online or form).

Caps: There is a strict cap on player bookings of 75, and monster bookings of 30.

Accommodation: There are no bunks available for players on site.

Event Guide: Will be emailed one week before the event to all attendees, along with directions to the site and further information. Additional copies of the event guide will be available for download from the Lions Website. Please take time to read this!

To utilise a special effect or power, you must have the appropriate in game prop and authorisation. Or, to put it another way - No Phys Rep, No Effect, No Card, No Effect and No Loresheet, No Effect.

Only LRP safe weapons will be allowed on site, subject to checking at registration. Any items judged unsafe should be returned to your vehicle, or can be stored by Games Ops for you during the course of the event. Any non-combat props should be announced on your booking form, presented for a safety check on registration and clearly marked as an NCP throughout the event.

Burning Ambitions and the site custodian cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of OOC valuables. Secure them in your vehicle, or better yet, don't bring them at all.

All lost property should be handed in at Games Ops which is where you should direct any enquiries. Lost property not claimed within a reasonable period of time is liable to become faction kit or disposed of.

No controlled substances other than legitimately prescribed drugs will be tolerated on site. Anyone discovered to be in possession of such will be ejected (without refund), the relevant authorities notified and barred from future Burning Ambitions events.

Burning Ambitions reserves the right to eject anyone from the event for any breach of the regulations of either Burning Ambitions or the site custodian.

Only referees nominated by the event organisers may direct any kind of plot at this event and any such referee's decision is final. Nominated referees will be carrying Burning Ambitions ref cards. Any reffing disputes should be directed to the head of plot, whose decision is final.
